She has over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.

Additionally, Dr. Elias is a JMT Maxwell Team Certified Leadership Coach and speaker. Her passion lies in sharing knowledge and life experiences with students, and she is dedicated to empowering women in college to discover and fulfill their life purpose.
